Nero Lite 7.9.6.0, Smaller & Better
Did you know that Nero Burning ROM is one of the best CD and DVD burning software today? But unfortunately the latest version of Nero Burning ROM 7.9.6.0 is a whooping 180mb! That’s right! It’s 180mb loaded with crap applications that you won’t even use at all. I was hoping that Nero or somebody will be able remove those crap applications so the installer will be as small as possible resulting in to faster download and installation.
Well what do you know. Finally, someone answered my prayer. Someone created a lite version of Nero 7.9.6.0 and it’s only 35mb. Yes, that’s 80% smaller than the orginal crap software. Hurray! Nero Lite will only contain the following applications and nothing more:
- Nero Burning Rom (with VideoCD Support and MauSau Audio Plug-ins)
- Nero Express
- Nero CoverDesigner
- Nero WaveEditor
- Nero Toolkit

Please take note that it will still require a real serial number from Nero to make it fully functional!
I would like to say thank you to the person in the MSFN under the nick name Major for giving us the holy Nero Lite. A truly holy product that I wished it was discovered much earlier. Great job!
