Beware of Sugar, Milk and Tea!
All this time we’ve been thought by TV and other commercial ads that Osteoperosis was caused by Calcium deficiency. We don’t take enough Calcium to keeps us healthy. They’re completely true but their statement is NOT TRULY COMPLETE.
Milk, creams, mayonaise, and etc are dairy products which is considered as “liquid meat”. It uses your stored Calcium to break and digest it. The more milk you drink, the more calcium you use. So if you drink more milk, how could you ever cope up with your Calcium requirements? Taking Calcium tablets and supplements are not enough since you’re using more than what you take. The worst of all is that, what you thought that’s helping you to add more Calcium is actually draining your stored Calcium.
Sugar does the same thing, it uses you stored Calcium to break and digest it. The worst for this one is that, almost any fast food products contains sugar. Below are some alarming facts:
- Soda products such as Coke, C2 Green Tea, and other cabonated proucts composed of as much as 45% sugar. French Fries, the useless food found in fast food are deep fried with sugars before they put salt. Gravy and Dips contains sugars.
- Tea are also known to be health drinks due to there anti-oxidants power. But drinking to much tea is also not good. It uses you stored Calcium too break and digest it. What will you do if you have a good anti-oxidant body but your bones are failing you? Would you rather have strong bones and just eat lots of vegetables so you’ll get anti-oxidants?
- Another important fact is that, your body can’t consume the Calcium if don’t take Magnesium. Yes, Magnesium is required to consume Calcium.
So what do you do now? Would you drink milk to increase you calcium? You must be kidding! Would you take Calcium tablets to increase your Calcium, then take more Magnesium too. But remember, those are unnatural minerals (synthetic), they’re less effective than natural minerals from vegetables.
I suggest that you ban or dramatically decrease sugar consumption in your life and start eating vegetables.
Old people tends to be stronger than us in the present time since they don’t have access to concentrated sugars in the old times. There foods doesn’t contain or contains very few sugar.
